Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 September 2026

1. Who we are and acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App Mare website, editor, and no-code app-building platform (the "Service"), provided by App Mare ("App Mare", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and you enter into a contract with App Mare. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. The Service and your account

  • The Service lets you design, build, preview, and publish mobile applications without writing code.
  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
  • We may add, change, or remove features as the Service evolves.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
  • engage in fraud, spam, phishing, or deceptive activity;
  • infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including by distributing malware, probing, scanning, scraping, or placing undue load on our systems;
  • attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or circumvent usage limits or technical protections.

4. Your content and intellectual property

  • You retain ownership of the content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service.
  • We (and our licensors) retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service itself — including software, source code, design, documentation, and branding. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service except as expressly stated.

5. Service availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free performance, and we may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Plans, payments, and subscriptions

  • Paid plans and subscriptions are sold through our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"). Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
  • When you purchase, your payment is processed by Paddle and the transaction is subject to Paddle's buyer terms, which cover payment terms, taxes, and billing.
  • Renewals and billing frequency: subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout (for example, monthly or yearly) and at the price shown, until you cancel. The amount and frequency are always displayed before you confirm your purchase.
  • Cancellation: you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can cancel from the link in your Paddle purchase confirmation, via paddle.net, or by contacting us.
  • Fees and taxes: prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes where required. We may change prices; changes apply to future renewal periods and we will give notice where required.

7. Refund policy

  • Refund window: if you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase (or of the first payment of a subscription) for a change of mind.
  • How to request a refund: refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Request a refund through paddle.net, from the link in your purchase confirmation email, or by emailing us at [email protected] and we will pass your request to Paddle.
  • Processing: approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
  • Statutory rights: nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have, including rights of withdrawal that apply in your country.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:

  • you materially breach these Terms;
  • you fail to pay amounts due;
  • we reasonably believe there is a security or fraud risk; or
  • you repeatedly or seriously violate our policies or applicable law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits, or business. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
